[A] If you answered 'no', you must complete the online 'Commuter Form for Current Students' by December 1st in order to qualify for a refund of your housing deposit.
[B] If you plan to move elsewhere for the spring, you must complete and submit the 'Room Change Request Form' to the Office of Student Life.
[C] If you are on the Rome 'wait' list for the spring you will remain in your current location until such time as you are officially accepted. You are also free to submit a 'Room Change Request Form' if you anticipate that you will not go to Rome and wish to change rooms on the Irving campus for the spring.
[D] If remaining in Irving and you wish to physically move, you must complete and submit the 'Room Change Request Form' to the Office of Student Life. If, instead, you plan to have a new roommate move into your room, they must be the one to complete and submit the same form if they are a current Irving resident. This, of course, assumes that your current roommate is requesting to live elsewhere or is going to Rome. You cannot simply 'push out' your current roommate. If your request involves a returning Romer, they must also list you as a roommate on their own form in order to confirm the mutual request.
[E] If you answered 'yes' to this question, you must submit the online 'Commuter Form for Current Students'. IF the form is submitted by December 1st, you will qualify for a refund of your housing deposit. Refer to the 'Residency Requirement' if you are uncertain of your qualification for commuter status.
[F] Interterm housing requests may be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. See the 'Interterm Housing' web page for additional details and cost. There is no food service on campus during Interterm.
